Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Software Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying bugs, executing test cases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications.
Key Responsibilities:

• Understand business requirements and technical specifications.
• Prepare detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Perform manual and/or automated testing of web, mobile, or desktop applications.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects.
• Work closely with developers and product managers to resolve issues.
• Perform API testing.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
• Knowledge of manual testing methodologies.
• Experience with bug tracking tools.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database testing.
• Familiarity with automation tools is an advantage.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environment.
• Knowledge of automation frameworks.
• Understanding of performance testing tools.
